  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and destination.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50 within the USA.

  • Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after processing.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipment has been processed.

4. Package Protection

  • All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Customers can request shipping insurance at checkout for additional protection.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@veloral.com with photos of the package and contents.

5. Taxes & Duties

  • All orders shipped within the USA include applicable sales taxes at checkout.

  • At this time, Veloral does not offer international shipping.

6. Shipping Delays

While Veloral strives for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Holidays

  • Severe weather or unforeseen events

  • Other factors beyond our control

We recommend ordering in advance during busy seasons to ensure timely delivery.

7. Local Delivery

  • Veloral offers local delivery within New York for select orders.

  • Local orders are delivered within 1 business day of processing and are free of charge.
