TROUBLE SHOOTING INSTRUCTION:
1. Why does the wave pump not work right after being purchased？
In this case, it is the impeller shaft installed too tight, you can remove the impeller shaft and reinstall it, then it will run.
2. Why does the wave pump stop working after a period of time and what should be done？
The impeller of the wavemaker should be cleaned once a month, in this case, you can remove the impeller and clean it, reinstall the impeller and it will run normally.
3. Why is the noise of the wave pump loud？
(1) Check whether the wavemaker is completely submerged.
(2) Check whether the impeller is stuck, you can remove the impeller and clean it, reinstall and try again.
Please note, this wavemaker is supposed to work individually, it can’t work with timer or controller. If you add timer or controller to it, the wavemaker will run reversely, which can lead to the noise.
