Q1: What levels of S(Shock), V(Vibration), B(Beep) should I set?
A1: We recommend setting the level-2 for Shock, level-3 for Vibration, and level-4 for Beep, it is a proper setting for most dogs, you can change the levels according to your dog’s size and behavior.
Q2: What is the warning mode, how it works?
A2: The warning zone is 10 ft area close to the boundary, when your dog is in this warning zone, the wireless fence will only beeps(no vibrate & shock) as a warning before other measures take into effect. For instance, If the boundary is set at 49 ft, the product will start beeping at 39 ft as warning.
Q3: How do I know the product is operating normally?
A3: Our GPS wireless dog fence system starts to position your dog as long as the signal bar reaches 3rd grade, the indicator light on the device will blink every 5 seconds to show it is working normally.
Q4. What is the correct wearing method?
A4: When the wearing is completed, ensure to allow two fingers to put between the collar strap and dog’s neck, do not too loose or too tight.
Q5. What if the collar strap is too long for my dog's neck?
A5: In order to adapt to various sizes of dogs, the collar strap length of our GPS wireless dog fence system is up to 26 inches. If the collar received is too long, you can cut off the extra part and burn the cutting opening with a lighter. Please pay attention to fire safety when using a lighter.
Q6: How long can my dog wear the product for?
A6: We recommend allowing your dog to wear our wireless dog fence system for no more than 12 hours a day. Be sure to check to dog's skin and neck daily to avoid any irritation.
