• 1--Why is there no change in the water after installation?

This product requires time to take effect; it normally takes 3 to 7 days to change the green water, depending on the size of your tank.

• 2--How do I confirm if this product is working or not?

There is an indicator on the bottom of the product casing. However, sometimes it is very dim and may not be easily seen; you may see it with all lights turned off.

• 3--What if I still cannot see the indicator with all lights off?

In this case, you can easily remove the casing (it is very easy to remove) and then plug it in to power; then you will see the blue light from the bulb.

• 4--Why did I receive a product with a broken bulb inside, and what should I do?

The reason for the broken bulb is that there is a glass tube inside the product, which may be damaged during delivery or if it is dropped from a height. If you receive such a product, please feel free to reach to us for a free replacement.

• 5--Can this product be used in Europe or other countries where the electric voltage is 240V?

No, this product can only be used under 110V.
