1. Because our pump is submersible, and it needs to be completely put into water before power on to avoid the aquarium pump from being burned out. No-load operation is prohibited. Running in the air for a long time will shorten the pump’s life and makes noise. Please disconnect the power when changing water.
2. If the product suddenly stops working or makes noise, it may caused by debris clogging. Please clean it regularly，about once two weeks or add some olive oil to the rotor.
3. Insufficient power and frequency will affect the flow of the pump. If the pump water pipe is connected, the maximum flow of the pump will be slightly less than 400GPH.
